Şti., pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data, the transfer of your processed personal data, the methods and legal grounds for collecting your personal data, and your other rights set forth under Article 11 of the KVKK.
We would like to emphasize that we exercise the utmost care regarding the confidentiality and security of all personal data you provide to us and that all necessary technical and administrative security measures are taken to protect such data.
DATA CONTROLLER AND ITS REPRESENTATIVE
As Gökyol İnşaat Tur. Taah. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., acting in our capacity as the data controller, we may process, record, store, classify and update your personal data within the scope of the purposes explained below, in accordance with the law and the principles of good faith, and may disclose and/or transfer such data to third parties where permitted by applicable legislation and/or to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the fundamental principles set forth under the KVKK and relevant legislation in order to enable you to benefit from the services provided by Gökyol İnşaat Tur. Taah. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., based on your explicit consent and/or other circumstances stipulated under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, particularly the applicable legislation to which we are subject.

Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation regarding the retention of information and documents.
Your personal data will be processed for these purposes within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be obtained by our Company through various channels, including the headquarters of Gökyol İnşaat Tur. Taah. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., offices and other physical environments where you may communicate with our subcontractors or business partners, call centers, websites and similar electronic transaction platforms, social media or other publicly available platforms, or through other persons and organizations with whom we have agreements, in written or verbal form, through audio or video recordings, or through other physical or electronic means.
We process the personal data collected through the methods described above based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

Processing being required under the provisions of laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Türkiye, including the Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Commercial Code, Labour Law, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Tax Procedure Law and Consumer Protection Law,

PARTIES TO WHOM PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your personal data is processed by our Company in accordance with the law and principles of good faith; accurately and, where necessary, kept up to date; for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes; in a manner that is relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which it is processed; and retained for the period prescribed by applicable legislation or required for the purposes for which it is processed.
Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and for the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, shareholders and/or solution partners and suppliers located in Türkiye and/or abroad with whom we cooperate in order to maintain our Company's activities and business processes; insurance companies; notaries; banks and financial institutions; consultancy firms from which we receive support in areas such as legal and tax matters; legally authorized public institutions and private persons; and service providers located in Türkiye and/or abroad that process personal data on behalf of our Company and provide services such as storage, archiving and information technology support, including servers, hosting, software and cloud computing.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
As a personal data subject, we hereby inform you that pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with such purpose,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
Request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data,
Object to any result arising against you as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Pursuant to Article 4 of Law No. 6698, the personal data we collect and process must be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. Therefore, if there is any change to your personal data, you may notify us of your current and accurate personal information through the methods specified below.

You may sign the KVKK Application Form using an electronic or mobile signature with a “secure electronic signature” certificate as defined under Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and send it to our Company's Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address.

Requests submitted to our Company will be answered in writing or electronically as soon as possible and, depending on the nature of the request, no later than thirty days.
